Battlefield 2142 deluxe edition no key code cannot install

Hello

I bought yesterday battlefield 2142 deluxe edition along with battlefield 2 complete. After I finished downloading battlefield 2142 deluxe edition it says something like no cdkey cannot install. could you please help me?

 (please do not put EA sucks nor anything similar to those tiring comments, They are trying to solve many peoples problems and if you want to post that then go to somewhere else because they are trying to handle many customers at the same time, please be patient at them)
