Battlefield 2142 serial and log in issue

I have bought Battlefield 2142 abaut 3 years ago, and I wanted to play it today, but i can't remamber my passworld and ID. I sent myself an email with my ID, and a I've got it. Then I tried to sent another email with the password, but it has shown up an issue. It can't send it besaouse of the server. Then I tried to make another account, but it didn't let it, becouse I have a registration with my serial key. Then I made a new password to my ID at ORGIN, but the game didn't let me in with the new password. Now I cant even play with my game, but I have the original DVD and manual with the serial key. 

Please help me with this, how can I play with Battlefield 2142 Deluxe Edition.
