Origin, but now the EA App. Same issue. I tried contacting them but no solutions seem to work.
What did the support team tell you?
To delete the license files, restart the game, and clear the cache for the EA App, and those options still don't fix the activation issue.
I'm surprised they told you to delete any files. You should try starting a different chat with a different support agent. Nothing much more I can recommend.
