I don't think your PC likes me.
Please can you list all fixes you have tried?

Thought you'd ask me that. I probably couldn't even if i tried. Basically, i've read every possible thread concering this topic in Battlelog and here. I've watched atleast 50 videos on optimizing the laptop/PC for gaming, changed what i strictly thought was necessary, went into the Nvidia Control panel and messed around with the options in there. I've cleaned out temporary files, added/removed config files from the folders, ran countless programs to clean up the registry, and shut down unecessary background programs that use up RAM and/or physical memory. I've set BF3/4 to High in the task manager (Realtime didn't want to work :D) Looked into overclocking, didn't like what i read so i skipped that. That's what i did, however general it might seem, i went far deeper, i just don't remember everything i've done over the months. http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/forum/threadview/2832654347761187337/ (example of the threads) I disabled origin in game, reinstalled the game two times, repaired it atleast 5 times

Have you checked the integrity of your harddrive with the build in Windows tool? and do it report errors when run?

Also, you might want to check the Windows system files integrity while you are at it.
