Battlefield 3/4 insanely long loading times

A few months ago both BF3 and BF4 had normal 2-3 minute loading screens, but for no apparent reason the loading times became insanely long. Now, constantly, the game takes anywhere from 5-30minutes to load, i have read multiple threads and tried many fixes, but to to avail. Anyone have any idea how to solve this issue? My stats are as follows:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz Video Card 1 Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 Video Card 2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M Memory 8.1 GB Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

Well, i found two trojans on my laptop, will they affect the loading times at all? My physical memory usage is high even when nothing consuming a lot of it is on...Perhaps it's slowing it down?
