Battlefield 4™ China Rising Expansion Pack Code not included win NewEgg Xbox One preorder

I preordered BF4 from NewEgg expecting to get the China Rising DLC that was supposedly included with all preorders. My copy of the game did not contain a redemption code. Where can I get my preorder dlc bonus?

    I suggest you contact a game advisor to

    assist you.

    To contact a game advisor, go to

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask

    * Fill in "account" in the search bar
    * hit find solutions
    * Then select product in the first selecting bar, account management in the second and select your platform in the last bar.
    * Hit find solutions.

    Now you will be given multiple solutions to your problem. To contact support you need to click "I still need help".

    Here you can choose a contact option.

So regarding that, please understand that we don't have information about the retailer what they offer for pre-ordering the game since every retailer have their own offers for customers who pre-orders game. Like for example in Origin, if you pre-order the game, you will receive the China Rising DLC.

    CarloOther than than, we do not have other information on which offer they have for pre-ordering the game.
     
    According to the link he shared I should have received the pre-order DLC.
     
    What Battlefield 4 game editions will be available for pre-order?
    During the pre-order period, the following editions of the game will be available for pre-order:
    • Standard Edition
      • Pre-ordering the Standard Edition will grant you a Premium Expansion pack once it becomes available after the Battlefield 4 launch. The Standard Edition will be available on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3, and PlayStation 4.
      • Pre-ordering the Standard Edition for PC from the Origin Store will also get you a Ground Vehicle Shortcut for Battlefield 3 on PC. You should receive this shortcut as soon as you've completed your pre-order.

    And NewEgg says it's not their fault. Either NewEgg or EA are lying. All preorder copies were supposed to come with the China Rising DLC.

    Well the only thing you can do is keep trying EA support here in the answer HQ we can not help whit this I think you will find a good agent you just had a bad one
