Battlefield 4 - console key bug, invisible tactical visor

I found a console key bug in Battlefield 4 - PC platform. Sometimes it happens that you activate the console right along with something different - for me it's almost always an escape button. But if this happens and you first activate the console button and then the escape button you will somehow layer up the menu on top of the console. This has to happen quickly to bug it but since those two keys are so close to each other it happens to me a lot. Anyway this makes the console not respond to closing or writing. And you can't interact with menu while the console is open. So you have this very awkward situation where you can't turn off the console and can't control the menu you can't do anything you need to just ALT + F4 from the game and start it over. VERY ANNOYING. Also I don't know how to turn off the freakin' console. I don't like it I don't want it - TO HELL WITH IT. It is even binded to B key! I don't know what to think about it. Could you please make an option to DISABLE the console? This was major problem with Battlefield 3 too.

Also there's a bug in the first singleplayer mission of Battlefield 4 - PC platform. The tactical visor is invisible and not active there's only a dot crosshair. There only pops out the hint "press T for zoom" but it does not work either. Basically you can't use the tactical visor. For me this only happens when I have the "click to aim" setting active. If I turn it to "hold to aim" it fixes the invisible tactical visor and it is working properly then. But I don't like to hold right button down while aiming precisely it drives me crazy. Also there were reports that for some users this setting did not solve the problem. Could you please fix these issues? They are really ruining the game. Especially the console key bug that's the nasty one...

    The console key bug - i dont know about it, but i have the problem that the console always opens when i press 'B'. Thats kinda annoying...

    Whatever, the invisible tactical visor is a bug when you enable it in the options to just click the key to use the visor, not to hold it to aim. Just set it to hold key then the tactical visor should work.

    For me as well, when I press B twice, the console comes up with the letter B written in it. When I went to check which keybinding corresponded to B, it was 'toggle minimap'. I also have been trying to find a way to disable, or change the hotkey for console, since sometimes when trying to press 1, I'll press `  key instead. This is very frustrating.

    For me, its holding "O" +  "P".  I play left handed, O is forward, P is grenade.  I've used that config for years so...yeah this sucks.

    Console Key Bug here too.

    Whenever I hit the "B" key twice; or hold "Shift" and press "B" once, the console activates, stopping me from controlling the game in the middle of combat. Very annoying and gameplay breaking. Please fix this ASAP!!!

    I have EXACTLY the same problem: I'm a lefty and use OKLÖ to walk, P to spot. this is so annoying!

    Samething here. I costumize all my controles and I use my "B" key for Ventrilo when I play with friends. I have it bound to nothing and when I talk to my bro...BANG..console and like someone said....little hard to control your guy when your typing in the console. This needs to be addressed.

    I've played most of the BF games going back to 1942 and they all seem to have control binding issues. BF3 was the only one that seem to not have any issues.

    And on another note why would you have it so you can bind two actions to the same key.

    That doesn't make sense most of the time. When I bind a key that was already bound it should automaticaly unbind the previous binding, that way there is no conflict. Makes setting up my controls more time consuming. I've been playing with the same setup for the last 16 years and normaly on other games I can have it done in just seconds and be in and having fun.

    Think the BF games are the best but you guys could take a page from id softwares book. Played all there games going back to Wolfenstien 3D from 1993 to Rage and never had an issue setting up controls. I bind one key...BANG...unbinds it from its previous binding. No prob. Simple easy and no issues.

    Please fix or I'll have to take you guys up on the "Satifaction garantied" thing and get my money back and just play BF3.

    Found another issue.

    You can not unbind key "3" from gadget 1.

    I want it to be bound to "X" key.

    I undbound 3 and it still is bound to 3.

    Bind it to X and not worky, hit 3, worky.

    please please fix this!!

    It may be late, but I had the same issue. You know how you can bring your mouse to the top of the screen and drag programs to different displays/desktops? Well BF seems to need to be on the main one. Hope this helps somebody out there.
