The problem may lay within the Origin Client or your Browser you you be kind enough for you to list your browser,so i may assist you better.
From my experience the Game stats are
- Skill
- SPM
- K/D (meaning you start new as refresh ex.0 kills 0 death
- KPM (kills per minute)
- Time played
If you were requesting a full stats reset like Level / Progression That is very unlikely you would have to start a new account for that.
