I have been working with EA tech support to resolve the DirectX E_outofmemory error many of us are getting after the upgrade to Win 10. After performing numerous fix attempts - the usual, clean re-install of Nvidia driver 353.62, Update of C++ Studio 2013, and others that made less sense and hours of testing and a long case file the last person I worked with (after they discussed it with "Studo") I was told - and I quote - "And it looks like your BF4 game is not officially supported by the new
Windows 10."
I have yet to try the last suggestion after that startling revelation which is to run in Win 7 compatibility mode (which I will try next but have little faith in).
Just for all your info, the indication that I shared with EA is from a GPU-Z log (repeatable) as soon as I go into a game or the test range my memory goes from normal usage 1-2 GB to showing a figure of -4190979 on both graphics cards (SLI GTX 780 Classifieds).
