    The Battlefield 4 Alpha Trial period has come to an end, and we have gathered valuable data that will help us to a smooth launch later this year.

    Thank you all for your participation and feedback. The Alpha Trial forums here on Battlelog will remain open until July 3 4PM UTC. Please leave any additional feedback you have while the forums are open.

Hello,

Please read this:

We've looked into the reports around inability to access the alpha and have identified several customers who should have been granted access, but were unable to play. We have run a fix that should resolve this issue; we will be emailing the players impacted directly but if you have had this issue, please restart Origin and you should be all set.

Thank you for your patience and for raising this here on the community. We apologize for the confusion this issue caused and hope everyone enjoys the Alpha.

    I have the same issue... I still don't have the game in my library even tho I've gotten the email.
