Battlefield 4 Battlepacks

I have literally hundreds of battle packs. I am told that when I open them that I will then be able to use the items that are contained in them such as scopes, etc.

I open the pack and it says i get a flir or and acog or whatever but when I go to equip my gun there is only a blanked out option telling me I need to get it from a 

battle pack, can somebody help me, i am literally on the most basic of guns and can't progress.

    Have you tried repairing the game or logging out of and back into Battlelog?

    I just built this computer and just installed the game. This was an issue before on my old computer as well, could it be something with my account?

    Hi @BozoShanks Some Battlepack items are weapon specific, such as the FLIR sights. Have you double checked the weapons which correspond with the attachment? Looking at Battlelog, you do seem to have attachments from Battlepacks on your account, like the Coyote sight for the SCAR-H and M416, so they should be available in game.
