Exactly the same problem! Going on Purchase (-1) window opens and closes again! Pretty annoyed especially since I have the digital download Bf3 Premium and the Disc Version!! Based in Hong Kong by the way! So maybe a China problem??

I'm on finally. Here's the steps I used from EAdennis :
(I'm in Oz, and have the MOH pass)
Please give this a try as well, it is a bit different from the video that was posted, but it worked for some players and for me personally with the Premium Edition code from a retail box.
- Log out of Xbox Live (before, make sure the Premium Edition file is present on your Xbox)
- Change your Console Settings Locale to United States
- Go to the Games tab, you should see "Access to Battlefield 4", select it
- Don't select the Exclusive Beta yet! Log back into your account by pressing the Xbox key
- Close the Xbox Guide window by pressing B after you've logged back in and you should still see the Battlefield 4 Exclusive Beta tile, select it now and it should start the download

jeez it's downloading so freaking slow, usally i download things like this in a heartbeat but at least its actually downloading 🙂
good work mate, thanks for that, worked the third time i tried, ( third time i did it exactly the way you said!)
sadly it didn't work for me. when I veiw it signed out it appears as the Battlefield 4 premium tab. when I sign back in I have to leave the Access BF4 tab and go back in and the same purchase (-1) problem persists. looks like it worked for other people though so good job. I spoke to a Microsoft employee via their support site and it is an ongoing issue that they are working to fix. on a side note I am getting really **bleep**ed off
Yeah I did it didn't work it just took me to the purchase (-1) page again. I have contacted both EA and Xbox support and neither have been much help. I am pretty disappointed as it doesnt look like I am going to be able to download this beta until the open beta comes out :/
