Currently a game client patch for the Xbox One is being rolled out, so this may have been the reason why you are currently unable to join any servers.

It is now December 21 and I the most recent patch was installed. Battlefield 4 is the only game on the X Box One that will have this behavior.
It just will not start up. It is not my router or the NAT settings. The intent of having a gaming system not PC is to take out all the technical understandings CPU and GPU capabilities, settings viruses ect so gamers can just play the game. This is a real disappointment as I really enjoy playing the game and have not been able to now for the second night. I hope this issue is resolved ASAP . It will be a big disappointment to all those gamers who will receive this game for Christmas and not have the ability to even play. Hope they got a couple other games that they will be able to play.
I was able to play last week with hit and miss ability to join the servers but it is a miss miss now for the whole game..
