all of it any where u stand u will fall , i downgraded the GPU from ultra to low after 6 attempts its worked :D

Thanks @Darth-Vader-LEB, I have an Alienware 17 with R9 M290X and an Alienware X51 with GTX 1060, perhaps I should try to replicate the issue to see if it's an NVIDIA issue or something that broke in a recent patch. I know that your 980M is more than up to the task of running BF4 on Ultra.
