Battlefield 4 Campaign Bug Kunlun Mountains Bug

During the campaign mission Kunlun Mountains there are 3 dog tag collectibles that you can collect. After playing thew the mission several times it still only shows that I have collected 2 even tho...

Same problem here on the XBOX, all of the tags show up for me and allow me to pick them up again except it doesn't give me credit for picking up the tag. Says I've only picked up 2 of 3 tags. I've played through the mission 3 times as well. Same result each time too.
