Battlefield 4 Campaign Bug Kunlun Mountains Bug

When playing I come off elevator and all is white with sillouettes of other characters and the I fall to death. I have restarted from level and deleted campaign and started all over again. Still the same glitch. How do I fix this? I have all current updates shown.
