Battlefield 4 can't connect to ea servers on Xbox series s

I get battlefield 4 off game pass but it says it can't connect or it lost connection to ea servers. I got it on the Xbox series s and I've tried reinstalling along with some other tips I got like cle...

Its Dec 2020. I had the same problem. To solve the problem

- try to play multiplayer

- no go of course. can't get on line

- At this point go back to x box "home". Thats the big xbox button center of controller

- look below your name and u will see BFF caption because it was the last game u were on-

- click on the 3 lines on your controller

- scroll down to X QUIT and tap A

- Thats it!

Start the game back over and your back on line.
