So I got the digital deluxe edition of bf4 and downloaded it and now when I go to play a server with a china rising map it says I have to download the dlc, but when I click "Open in origin" it doesn'...

OH WAIT... due to EA's complete ****up at release, everyone gets China Rising...

No, not everyone gets China Rising, it is only part of:
# Premium membership
# Digital Deluxe
# Standard pre-ordered
So you paid for the Digital Deluxe edition as it has the DLC included.
