Battlefield 4 Code registration problem - got no additionals

Hi,

i had 5 unlock codes for Battlefield 4 (got them on the last GamesCom) to get from each Code a Gold-Battlepack and some secret stuff, to.

I was able to activate all codes and all of them was accepted by origin client (windows client) - but i only got one Gold-Battlepack for the first code - for the others i got nothing.
All entered codes are now used and can't reused again.

Can you solve this for me?

    This is working as intended, you are not able to get more than one Battlepack from a promotion offer.

    Lol - nothing is solved! ☹️

    Ok, that everyone is only possible to use just one of these key is ok - but why accept origin the othet key's by entering them in my account? So i've wasted 4 key because of a buggy system! This is so disappointing...

    When i send you photos of the keycards from the 4 wasted key's, can you reactivate them or send me new ones for this, so i be able to give them as a gift to my friends?

    I can only say that I will forward this to the studio. Unfortunately, I can't do more about your redeemed codes as we are a public and community driven board.

    Okay, thought you're a EA-Staff...sorry.
    This was great if you can do this for me. Will i get a request ID or something else for this to track this?
    Will i get contacted from the studio (EA? Dice?) after then itself?
