battlefield 4 commander app

I think I'm not the only one who wants this app to be available on all phones(android and apple). When I try to get it on my galaxy s3 it says that it is not compatible with my device. I am wondering if anyone has any information on when this app will be available on phones or if it will ever be, thank you

    This app wont be available because of the screen sizes on phones. I would love this app on my Galaxy S4 but its just not happening for BF4 commander.
