Battlefield 4 Dice Weapon skin

So we have finally unlocked Dice camo after 7 years. But my main question is: Why we couldn't have unlocked the Weapon skin with it?.

    Because it for the devs, just be happy with the dice camo.

      It is cool, the skin for the character skin is the only one they have given to the community.
