I have pre ordered a battlefield 4 digital deluxe edition game. But i am worried that battlefield premium edition have more maps then digital edition with two weeks early access. Price is also low for premium edition. So i am now confused are these maps are coming with battlefield 4 digital deluxe editon or not ? If not then what's the benefit of digital deluxe edition? I know the beta version is releasing on 1 Oct. But only for a 16 days early play[with premium u will get 2 week early access] should we purchase digital deluxe edition ? Please help me..

Ok just to keep it simple: Both preorder-editions of BF4 will have access to the same maps and will come with free access to the first of five expansions. Premium membership is free access to all five expansions + extra things (that aren't maps) There will be no maps that aren't included in the expansions packs Digital deluxe contains nothing you can't earn yourself by playing, expect perhaps some cosmetic stuff like a dogtag or a camo (or access to beta which you can gain alot of other ways)

Nah... if with digital deluxe it shows that Premium has been preordered, its an error and would be eventually corrected. If you are not gonna play BF3 anymore(and have air vehicles unlock balance) and also ordering premium, then there is not much advantage in ordering DD Edition. All you would get is 3 battlepacks, thats it.RegardsSST

I am going to asked the dumb question because this is my first Battlefield for PS3 and maybe its obvious but I cant tell. I entered in both codes for Premium and China Rising in the PS Store and nothing downloaded like it would for Call of Duty. Question how do you know if the codes took or are entered correctly? When I entered the code the store accept them.

Okay so what my thought of it being is, you know how in BF3 premium, you would buy premuim seperately, and with it you would get 5 or so map packs. all with 2 or 3 maps inside them. well the same applies for BF4, if you buy premium seperately to the base game, you will get 5 or so map packs, so for the deluxe edition, if you buy deluxe, you will get the base game, plus one of the 5 map packs (china rising)

Always complete confusion, I preordered the most expensive set, digital deluxe and it said comes with everything, but now there saying "we never said that"
They need to say "This basic comes with game and is x, the game plus expansions is x+20 and so forth, instead of this making up names that only they know what means to create confusion, just spell it out! They must be all democrats...

Couldn't agree more. I also bought the pre-order deluxe version expecting it to be as good as premium, as there was the option of standard BF4. EA ripping off the early movers is a bad move... :-/

You must have either "Battlefield 4 normal version" or "Battlefield 4 Digital deluxe" before you can download the Premium version... It is as simple as that. Premium version only gives you the newer map packs all in one so you do not have to buy them individually...there are extras to buying the Premium versus the individuals but that is not worth going into at this point...
