HI
My prepurchased BF4 Premium has disappeared from my Origin Games list.
My purchase is in my order history on 23 Oct and says "completed"; I have paid for the game, too. The game was in "My Games" list but disappeared yesterday and has not returned.
I have tried to "reload my games".
I live in Korea where the game will be released 29 Oct.
Any ideas on what my problem could be?
not true the bf3 i bought was prem version and it came with the full game plus all dlc and bf4 also runs that way
i contact the EA support and he add the game again..
@aiwintermute please point out who these people are, as stated by me to djswagger it sounds like he has just purchased premium membership.
In relation to your issue you should contact CS to see what happened to your order if you purchase DD as it should appear if the order was successful, if you are stating that my comments are incorrect i have provided links so please review.
@warriordeath666 please review my previous posting in relation to the BF4 premium membership and look at the print below the $50 cost.
We are here to try and help each other, we are no EA or Origin we are gamers just like you and are trying to help by providing valid information. If you do not like this help then you are speaking to the wrong people who do not have the toold to investigate your case, I understand your frustration but in the end we are all gamers here.
I guess we have to wait until Monday to see anything done...

I realize several days have passed, but you can verify the situation using Google / Yahoo. There WAS no such thing as the version you wrote about until literally a year or two into BF3's release period, possibly even longer.
