Battlefield 4 don't open in my notebook

Every time I try to play the multiplayer or campaign BF4 I never get, every time the game starts the game by the Battlelog launcher opens but then does not work anymore. Q ue would be causing this, have tested the punkbuster, directX, the visualc ++ and nothing that said, please help me!

EDIT:

 I was watching a video about the problem and realized that the game does not create the settings folder, just create the screenshot, maybe this could be one of the causes.

EDIT 2:
I was watching another video on how to solve the problem and saw that there appears the other file user.cfg, that may be what is causing this error this with me.

    OS: Windows 8.1 SL 64 Bit

    Processor: Intel Core i7 4500u 1.8 Ghz

    Memory: 8 Gb (2x4 GB) 1600 MHz

    Graphic Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 740M 2Gb

    Hard Drive: 1 TB

    I've downloaded the newest version and also tried downloading older versions, but no solutions, bro, I realized that during my exploration of the archives BF4 saw that two files are created, the Settings folder and the file user.cfg, I tried to create them and see if it worked, but without success. I think this may be some installation error for these, and I think other files are not created.

    I've downloaded the pirated version of Battlefield 4 and the game ran normally, the problem must be some el game update.
