battlefield 4 emblem does not update

A couple of months ago , I wanted to change my emblem in battlefield 4 because the old one was pretty simplistic, 

I've made a new emblem but when i got into the game I noticed that my emblem didn't update 

so I entered battlelog to check if I'am using it , i was using it so i've got into the game and again, still nothing i've quit the game 

entered battlelog and DELETED my first emblem , so then i go into the game again and that emblem is still there. 

even now , months after I deleted that emblem. 

i've tried to enter the battlefield companion to check something and there. I saw the old emblem , battlelog has all the RIGHT info about my soldier in battlefield 4 

im rank 37 in the main menu of the BF4 : this info is from the battlefield companion 

Im rank 36 in the game itself (in multiplayer games): this info is from battlelog 

I don't know what to do please help because i am tired of this
