Battlefield 4 endless "preparing", can't download it via EA app

endless "preparing" and then an Error
1)tried running it as administrator (as forum suggested)
2)reinstalled the App
3)tried downloading any other game, then stopping it and trying to download bf4
4)deleted bf4 folder from My Documents
nothing works, but any other game I gave downloads perfectly fine...
