Battlefield 4 error upon launching: "invalid license; missing DLL"

@StarGuy96 yeah just install the vcredist_x64.exe in the game files and it will work fine c:\Battlefield 4\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist\vcredist_x64.exe here is how to find it

Just to bump this problem for anyone else who may have had this issue recently, going into the installation folder and updating the c++ files didn’t work, EA help directed me to the updated Microsoft download link for the c++ plugin

It will give you the option to install. Or if you already have the old drivers installed, and option to “repair” or “uninstall”

Go ahead and repair, close out of origin and reboot it. And you should be good to go with no issues as long as it’s just this that isn’t working.
