Battlefield 4 fails to launch on EA App ... (It's not you it's us)

Four or five months ago I tried the EA App. All of my games launched and worked correctly except BF4. I got the error message "An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later...

    That did it.  Thanks.

    Didn't work the first time though. I uninstalled then reinstalled and BF4 wouldn't launch.

    I uninstalled again then rebooted, when Windows came back up visual 2013 was still there. So I uninstalled it again and rebooted. Still there.  I uninstalled and rebooted four times  before it finally went away. I think I uninstalled the x86 version twice and the x64 version twice.
