Battlefield 4 free play is error

I am a player in Battlefield Play 4 Free for 4 month thereafter became slow. The game wiped then went back to the site of the game so I download this game over again, but when you press "play now " d...

    In Windows, open your Control Panel, then Programs and Features. Look for the entry for Battlefield Play 4 Free, if present, then right-click and choose to uninstall. Once this completes, try to install again using the usual steps.

I tried the way but did not succeed, but when you search on any special file Battalion there a special file for Battlefield but I can not delete Can you help me please,

Was there an entry for Battlefield Play 4 Free in your Programs and Features list? If that couldn't be removed, what was the error message? Also, be sure that you have closed down everything to do with the game/install when you are trying to take this step.
