I run Xbox 360. Having the same issues. Tells me player profile is damaged or corrupt. Starts me over every time from the start. Tried clearing the cache. Redownloading profile. Hard drive saves. You can't even run a USB stick for Xbox 360. You have to have an external hard drive. Frustrating. Thought they might have fixed the problem with the patch that came out. Nothing change. My son plays on another r Xbox with his own Xbox account and he doesn't see the "player profile damaged or corrupt" message nor is he asked to do the screen set up every time he starts the game up. Answers please u guys!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately there is only one solution, basically using a external hardrive, we can't do anything else sadly, the game developers are really busy with alot of patches and glitches with the game, once they find the issue it will be patched as soon as possible, until then, we have to be patient and wait for them.
Sorry for the frustration, i wish i could do more.
