Battlefield 4 Gameplay Dog Tags

Hi

I recently bought this game. AND WAITED PATIENTLY for its release! I pre ordered my copy and you messed that up to start with! as I received my copy a week later of the release date.. so why bother with pre ordering!! with no apologies also ... I started playing the game right through to the end on easy and then on hard, and I noticed that one of the dog tags on Kunlun Mountains the one called Freedom at any cost!  which is the second unlockable dog tag of that mission, and It will Not unlock in the menu screen will playing the game, it shows on the screen that you have unlocked a new dog tag and should show in menus as 2/3 but instead it shows 1/3..... I have tried playing this several times but it still will not unlock so you can not get the gold trophy for unlocking the collectables. I have unlocked all the other dog tags and weapon but this one particular dog tag will not unlock in the menu screen of the game... however go online and it shows that you have the dog tag in your menu on multiplayer. I have spend loads of money over time with you Ea with battlefield 3 and battlefield 4 and not to mention the premium membership's with both ....   I just want to be able to unlock the unlockables, which you have designed to be unlocked.. so why aren't they WTF EA!! or I just change back to call of duty series
