Battlefield 4 Get to the bridge cannot progress. No Hannah and door is invisble

Hello, i am stuck. Hannah does not spawn and the door to be kicked in is invisible. This was a free game from amazon prime. Is there a work around or fix? thanks

Try reinstalling the game if you haven't .@Moephor

Hello @EA_Atic Thank you for taking the time to assist. Clean Boot and restart resulted in same issue with no Hannah spawning and the door invisible. Attached is my DxDiag report which gave me no issues found. Maybe a driver issue but Nvidia all up to date. Thanks again.
