2nd this issue. I live in NA (QC- CAN) and according to origin, will be unable to play the game before the 30th @ 7:00PM EDT. What gives?
I have the same problem, I live in Dominican Republic and all my friends in the country already download the game 2 days ago and Im just starting the download this morning... according to origin, will be unable to play the game before the 30th @ 7:00PM EDT.

Same problem, I'm also also using TekSavvy as my ISP. If I connect my PC over my cell phone's internet, the game is unlocked. Go back to my home connection, the game is locked. I don't want to play this game over my cell phone's internet for multiplayer.
