I have the same problem, I live in Dominican Republic and all my friends in the country already download the game 2 days ago and Im just starting the download this morning... according to origin, will be unable to play the game before the 30th @ 7:00PM EDT.
Please if someone have a solution will be helpful.
Glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem, but it stinks that the problem even exsists. ☹️
