I have spoke to EA about this problem. They said it was a timing error with Origin and that the game would be released at the correct time, a few agents promised me this.
I have also noticed that the ISP is a big factor. I have ATT Uverse and it has the wrong date, but others with different internet have been ok. I even used a different internet connection and then it worked.
