These support people are not very helpful either, I am talking to the sixth one since yesterday as I type this out, I knew this was going to be an issue when the game came out.
Yeah i talked to 2 support guys, the one this morning assured me they set it for it to unlock on the 29th. I knew he was just feeding me whatever information i wanted to get me out of his hair but figured i would see what would happen.
Sucks that i was right, now wait times for support are 45-50 min rather than the 5 this morning. Proably cause its midnight and other issues are cropping up. Not going to get my hopes up of playing this before the 30th.
I am talking to the sixth guy as I type this, and he does not seem to understand the problem at all, I hate to swear at people, let alone people who can not even speak English but this is getting stupid.
Let me say this : I pre-ordered the "Delux" edition + Premium BF4....
I worked for EA creating the Battlefield 4 Trailers....
I paid specifically so I could film on the minute of release... now it says I have to wait for October 30, at 4:00PM PST .... What the **bleep** kind of pre-order is that. Everyone who paid and who is going through this bull**bleep**, should be filing constant tickets with EA demanding a discount from their original purchase / some kind of rebate / etc.
If enough of us file complaints, best be assured there will be some kind of compensation, That was false advertising when i clicked "Play now" to buy their game that they said i would be able to on October 29, 2013 at 12:00 AM.

Youtube.com/XKUNXEntertainment- Having the same problem. I live in the US in the Central time zone, and can't play until Oct 30th @ 6pm. A friend of mine told me he wasn't going to buy the game because, "Origin and BF3 left a bad taste in [his] mouth." Now I know what he was talking about.
Exactly. I'm fed up. Supposedly they're "fixing the issue" however after every single rep I've chatted with they don't even know what the issue actually is and you get a different answer every single time.
