anything new about this topic? rly... EA/DICE... how is it possible to host a bf4-server on a dedicated server!? what hardware-requirements needs the server for 48/64 ppl?!
Only EA approved hosting companies are allowed to host and sell hosted BF4 servers. The location of these servers are limited to where the hosting companies offer their services from.
EA has a lot of reasons to do this. It's harder for cheaters since they don't have the server host files, EA earns some money, the quality of the servers are guarenteed (no running it on a 1 ghz Pentium II) etc.
