Battlefield 4 installation error VC++

Hi all!

I have been looking for a solution for this problem over the internet for quite some time now with no luck even though I see a lot of peeps facing it. I try to install battlefield 4 from origin and i get to an error "Error: The VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue, (-2147023293)". Trying to manually install vcredist gives me an other error but since i am using a non english version of windows i will rougly translate it to "Keyset as registered is not valid" and installer of vcredist gives error code 0x80070643. logfile of installer gives among the other lines, these
