Battlefield 4 Installation on PC

I have recently built my first gaming PC and with the graphics card came a code for a free download for BF4. It took a while to download but once finished it moved onto installation and this is where I have a problem. Every time it gets to about 20% install and then I get this message,

                            Battlefield 4

 Error: The VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed

 successfully. Setup cannot continue. (-2147024546)

What does this mean and how can I fix it?
