Battlefield 4! Keep losing connection to the EA servers!

Hello!

I got a new PC like 2 days ago, lauched battlefield 4 on it, it was working great, no lagg, no fps problems, but after a few minutes of gameplay it kicked me out, and it said "You have lost connection to the session" and after I go back to the menu it says "You have lost connection to the EA servers" and I can't even go online again, has to restart and after the restart it works fine, but the problem is still there after a few minutes of gameplay it kick me out again with the same message. My internet is fine, my PC doesn't lose connection or anything, it runs fine, it's brand new PC so I don't think that the PC is the problem. Already checked with UOTrace and it's fine, no problem there. Any solution ?

Thank you for your answers!

  • Well as I said I tried everything, my PC is new, my internet is new, I got a 1G net so I don't think the problem is at my end. I already checked with UOTracker, in Battlefield Bad company 2 I have no issues like this. In UOTracker I have no packet loss or anything, everything as it should be. If I buy a game, atleast I want to be able to play it without problem, If I restart origin or the game it works fine, so I don't think it's a connection issues in my end. Please solve it because as I said I have nothing to fix since it's a new PC and new net, and it works fine for every other game.

  • @Lama-Lamy i have the same problem and its new i was playing no problem it just started doing this 2 weeks ago dont understand why at all its not my connection i can play other games for hours
  • Got exactly the same problem, been playing this game for years, decided to reinstall it now and this connecting problem started. Did all the troubleshooting and still no luck..

  • Same issue here, only with Battlefield 4. Been also playing for years, and the issue just popped out 2 weeks ago...

  • Yup, same thing here - played on PC for a year without any connection problems. Now, only sometimes I can connect to a BF4 game where there are only a few players online - like less than 15 players total, and it's a crap shoot at best. I've tried connecting through Battlelog, and it's the only way I've been able to connect to a game for the past 2 weeks. For what it's worth, I'm glad to see that others are having the same problem and it's not just me. I also get the message that says something about making sure port 3659 is open (UDP). The port must be open because I'm able to connect at times. There's something else going on and I don't think it has anything to do with our end.

  • Yesterday I was able to join almost any server, no matter how many players were on. Here's the weird thing - I was only able to join non-US servers, and I'm located IN the US.

I made no other changes to my computer.

Anyone else having the same problems?

I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

If you have any issues with Battlefield 4, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
