Okay guys we checked some of your data and it seems that some issues could be related to DirectX is and C++ libraries.
To check your Direct X:
- Find the installation folder for the game in question.
- In the installation folder there will be a sub-folder called __Installer.
- In the __Installer there will be a folder called directx.
- In the directx folder there will be folder called redist.
- In the redist folder there will be a mass of archived files as well as a DXSETUPapplication.
- Run this DXSETUP file and allow the installation to complete.
Tto updateyour operating system.
- Download and install the latest DirectX Redistributable.
- Download and install the latest version of the .NET Framework.
- Check yourdxdiag and update any other out-of-date drivers or services.
Please keep us updated!

eabastian, I already tried that. Most of the errors are random freezes and then when I get back to desktop it says BF4.exe has stopped responding. I have never once completed a round on MP.

I ended up downloading BF4 Settings Editor and turning off DX11.1 and adjusting my settings manually. Seems to be working now my game is actually launching and not crashing at launch now. We will see...
