ok my fix for this issue was to pull out internet shut down origin and bf4 then load battlefield from shortcut on desktop and dont touch anything it should launch in windowed mode because origin wants you to sign in then go to video settings and change your settings to stay windowed then save them settings stretch out your window and play you can put back on your internet to now but if you switch to full screen you will get the error again
