I think it is safe to say this is a major problem that needs to be addressed and fix by EA immediately. If this is not fixed within a week I will not be purchasing premium or for that matter any other EA game on launch.

I fully agree on this. This is a major problem and must be fixed by EA immediately. Otherwise, goodbye premium and other EA games.
