Running the DirectX installer again seems to have fixed my issue. I have been able to go through and play multiple rounds without crashing. Installer is located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\directx\redist
I am having this exact same issue as well.

GTX 760
Win 7 64bit
331.65 drivers.
hard lock with sound loop. Need to quit process in task manager.
