My game keeps freezing every couple on minutes with an annoying sound loop. I actually call up EA an spoke with Jessica Ring from EA customer experience ([edit: email address removed]) and she basically told me to stop calling them to bitch about the game. I demanded a full refund; they said that they only offer refunds within 7 days of purchase!
I have taken all the recommended steps to correct this problem and still nothing. I have reinstalled the game, updated drivers, reinstalled PB etc, and still their POS game keeps crashing. How are you supposed to rank up when you keep losing all your points? These people and their arrogant attitude have compelled me to fight this to the bitter end; I will take all necessary steps to get my money back from these thieves. For starts, I’ll never buy another EA or Dice game again!
