I too have;
Checked to ensure BF4 is cleared by the firewall
Added battle log to trusted sites in browser
Reinstalled punkbuster
Reinstalled directX client
Run the repair BF4 install
Loaded latest graphics drivers
Have all windows updates installed
and I still have ongoing random crash issues. Can be after 1 minute in game or might get a full round (very rarely) before a crash. Either way its totally unacceptable, how a product can be sold to the market in this condition amazes me. I will not be supporting EA further unles this is sorted very soon.

Mine is also totally random crashing. Most times I can't even launch the game. As soon as the game initializes, the screen goes black and I get the Windows error message that battlefeild 4 has stopped working. Sometimes I can play for maybe 5 - 10 minutes before it will crash with the same error. The work-arounds that are listed online are no help to the issue. Spent 2 1/2 hours in chat with an EA help advisor with no solution to the problem. Right now it has been escalated to a specialist for reveiw. AM waiting on a response from that for a few more days before I get really agitated.

i find solution. everybody follow this.
first, download this and install : http://battlefield.realmware.co.uk/bf4-settings-editor/files/BF4SE-1.1.exe[battlefield.realmware.co.uk]
and set on
Graphic section : Fullscreen refresh rate 58, Vertical sync enabled.
Console : Triple buffering enabled.
maybe freeze's reason is framelimit.
