Unfortunately I'm in the club..

i5 3570k
8Gb ram
HD 7870
Windows 7 x64
the game it's installed in a SSD
It happened for sure in conquest in Shangai and Golmud
I just bought a new hd7870 and used the amd drivers found out that was the problem try downloading the driver from gigabyte it fixed my problem so far
