Hello, I've bought Battlefield 4 in store couple of months ago and played it normaly, then I stopped and uninstalled it, now when I try to install it again says this code has already been used, I can send proof i've bought it I can send pics of box and code. I've logined on all my origin accounts I had 🏀 and on no account BF4 was on. It just dissapered like I never had it. Thanks for helping.

  • Hi kecman,

Just to confirm, you didn't input the code for China Rising instead of the game code?

Do you have any Battlefield 4 entitlements when you look in the My Games section of Origin?

It maybe worth contacting a Game Advisor, as they will be able to look into this for you.

You can contact support by following the steps below:
Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

    Best regards,

    Timmie.

  • Serial keys you use in Origin games are single use and when you use one, while being logged on to an Origin account, the game associated with the serial key binds itself to that account. After this the serial is useless for anything other than retrieving your account should it be hacked or lost.
If you're using an Origin client on any computer after that - log into the account, then you will see the game there without the need for you to enter any serial key. This is how serial keys work in Origin, Steam and practically everywhere else you have multiplayer games and it has been like this for ages.

    To sum up:
Serial Keys / Game Keys: can only be used once -> after that the game is on your account.

When logged into your Origin accounts (you are only supposed to have one) then make sure it's showing "all games" and look under "hidden" as well.

Do you see the game under order history? If not you are probably on the wrong account.
