battlefield 4 laggs

if i start my battlefield 4 it laggs very much even if i chance my graphics to medium it doesn't help
i hope you can help me
my spec :
intel i5-3330 (3.2GHz)
8 GB ram ( 2*4 gb)
1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeGorce GT 640

With a GT640 and 1GB of VRAM I would be aiming for low settings. Try out low settings and see how it goes. Make sure that you have the latest graphic drivers too.
