Battlefield 4 map add ons not free at psn sore for ps3

I was wondering if anybody else was having problems with the psn store for ps3.during the promotion road to battlefield 1 all the map packs or add ons are supposed to be free but they are not anyone else with this issue

     I called ps support and they blamed it on EA not informing them officially that the promo is going on.  We probably go screwed man.. SUXX
